Sony Ericsson has recently announced the first USB mobile broadband modem, which is called MD300. The Sony Ericsson's USB MD300 broadband modem allows you to access Internet by connecting to cellular networks that support HSDPA/UMTS at 850, 1900, and 2100 MHz. It also supports lower-bandwidth networks such as EDGE/GPRS networks at 850, 900, 1800 and 1900 MHz. It's compatible for OSes including windows 2000, XP, Vista and Mac OS X. The modem itself is also equipped with internal 128MB memory and it comes with the driver and software needed. This device is available in black or silver colors.
