unavailable to install flash player activeX

Problem Description:

1. unable to install flash player plus-on anyway .

2.all the select-box are unavailable on the web

3.some other functions are unava on the web

resolve solution :

execute the following two commands at "start"-> "run"

regsvr32 vbscript.dll
regsvr32 jscript.dll
